Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client based in Lichfield.
The rates of pay are:
- General Operative £12.21
- FLT Operative £13.10
Flexible for overtime (1.5x pay after 40hrs) and occasional short-notice Saturdays. This is a full-time position working rotating shifts. The hours of work are:
- 6am to 2:30pm
- 2pm to 10:30pm
Your Time at Work
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely unload containers in teams (3-hour timeframe) and relocate goods using WMS/scanners.
- Perform two-person lifts for heavy items (up to 88kg) and handle premium furniture with care (no rolling/dropping).
- Pick, sort, and palletize orders in a 175,000 sq ft warehouse.
- Report damages and adhere to strict zero-tolerance policies for Saturday shifts (full attendance required).
