Staffline is recruiting for Food Production Operatives. The rate of pay is from £12.21 per hour, with overtime available after 48 hours at £15.26 per hour. This role offers 12‑hour shifts starting at 6.30 am and 6.30 pm.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team in a fast‑paced packing environment.
- Lift heavy boxes and perform repetitive work, including erecting boxes.
- Pack products into boxes (frozen, ambient and hot).
- Load hoppers with raw ingredients.
- Unbox fats at the start of the process.
- Apply lids to pails with the finished product in.
- Perform cleaning duties.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Desired experience as a Food Production Operative, Warehouse or Factory Operative; full training will be provided if necessary.
- Quick‑thinking team player, fast learner, and physically fit.
- Must be able to work rotating shift patterns and be flexible.
