Staffline is recruiting a Production Operative to work in Grimsby.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, the hours of work are:
– 6am to 2pm
Optional daily overtime and weekends are also available.
The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour
No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
Your Time at Work
As a Production Operative, the day-to-day responsibilities will include:
– Packing and stacking products for distribution
– Feeding the lines
– General cleaning duties to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Our ideal Production Operative is punctual, reliable, and has strong communication skills. They are hardworking and self-motivated whilst willing to follow instructions from the leadership team.
A base level of physical fitness is necessary due to the nature of the role and manual handling involved.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
