Great opportunity to work as a Freezer Warehouse Operative at our client's busy site in Northampton. The rate of pay is £14.30 - £25.60 per hour.
First 12 weeks:
- AM £14.30 per hour, overtime £21.82 per hour
- PM £16.19 per hour, overtime £23.82 per hour
- Nights £16.68 per hour, overtime £24.31 per hour
After 12 weeks:
- AM £15.11 per hour, overtime £23.87 per hour
- PM £17.00 per hour, overtime £25.08 per hour
- Nights £17.49 per hour, overtime £25.60 per hour
Saturday extra: £0.38 Sunday extra: £0.75
This is a full-time role working rotational days and afternoons 5 out of the 7. The hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm
Previous experience working in a warehouse/production environment is preferred, however, this is not essential as initial and ongoing training will be provided.

The responsibilities of a Freezer Warehouse Operative include:
- Picking and packing frozen food using LLOP, electric trucks and Talkman
- Working to meet customer performance standards
- Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
- Performing other general warehouse duties as required

Our ideal Freezer Warehouse Operative has a flexible approach to working hours, as weekend work is essential. Previous experience working in a warehouse/production environment is preferred, however, this is not essential as initial and ongoing training will be provided. Punctuality, basic numeracy along a communicative level of English are essential for this role.
