Job Title Staffline are currently recruiting 2 x HGV Class 1 Drivers for our client, a leading wood/Timber client based in Stoke-on-Trent. As part of their growth, we are looking for skilled and dedicated HGV Class 1 drivers to join our team working Monday to Friday on an ongoing basis . We are looking for Day drivers to start within a 04:00 – 07:00 window. Average 2 – 4 Deliveries per shift, with average shift length around 11 hours per day. Curtain sider/strapping required. PAYE Rates: Weekday £16.82 P/H Newley Passed will be considered with upskilling. Ideally 3 months or more experience. Your Time at Work Responsibilities: Perform Class 1 depot deliver, ensure timely and safe transportation of goods while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate deliveries and meet deadlines efficiently. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and complete necessary paperwork.
