Position and Shifts
Position: HGV Class 1 Driver
Shifts: Any 5 out of 7 (Preference given to weekend rotas)
Current Paye Rates P/H:
- Days – £21.40
- Nights – £25.32
- Saturday & Sunday – £28.27
- Overtime – £28.89
- Bank Holidays – £64.19
Various start times are available.
Typical Shift Length: 10 – 12 hours
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for all aspects of trunking, and store deliveries within the centre of London and surrounding areas, however, some dock work will also be expected.
Average 10-12 hour shifts.
Overtime is applicable after 46 1/4 hours worked.
Minimum shift guarantee of 9 1/4 hours.
Requirements
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will ideally have –
- Proven HGV experience 6 month minimum
- No more than 6 points
- Digi card and DCPC
