Staffline are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to work at our prestigious client\βs site based in Lichfield, Fradley Park.
Rates of pay are as follows:
DAYS 06:00 β 15:00 / 08:00 β 17:00 Shifts
β Β£12.47 β Basic Rate
β Β£16.59 β Overtime rate (applies after 42.5 hours)
β Β£18.71 β Saturday and Sunday
AFTERNOONS 10:00 β 1900 Shift
β Β£12.96 β Basic Rate
β Β£17.23 β Overtime rate (applies after 42.5 hours)
β Β£19.43 β Saturday and Sunday
NIGHTS 18:00 β 03:00 Shift
β Β£14.09 β Basic Rate
β Β£18.74 β Overtime rate (applies after 42.5 hours)
β Β£21.14 β Saturday and Sunday

Your Time at Work
The role will involve:
β Working to targets
β Working in a warehouse environment
β Picking and packing goods and preparing loads for despatch
Our Perfect Worker
The ideal candidate will:
β Have previous experience working in a warehouse environment
β Have some previous experience in Pick, Loading and MHE operation
β A keen eye for detail to ensure correct goods are always picked
β Display a good attitude and conduct themselves in a professional manner
β Be reliable, have good timekeeping skills and be prepared to be flexible
β Work to an accurate standard ensuring quality is met
β Be structured and able to work on their own imitative or work as part of a team
Interviews will be held immediately. Due to the site location, it would be a distinct advantage if you have your own transport.
