Overview

Allied Universal are currently recruiting for a great opportunity, to join as a Security Officer at a government site in London.

Contract Information:

  • Pay rate – Β£12.60 per hour.
  • Location – London
  • Hours – 48 hours per week (on average).
  • Shift Pattern – Monday to Saturday, hours vary per shift. All day shifts.
  • SIA License Required – Door Supervisor or Security Guarding.

Breakdown of hours:

  • Monday – 07:30 – 17:00
  • Tuesday – 09:00 – 17:00
  • Wednesday – 08:30 – 17:30
  • Thursday – 09:00 – 19:00
  • Friday – 09:00 – 16:00
  • Saturday – 08:30 – 13:00

Please note that you will need to have over one year experience in a corporate security background to be considered for this position.

Your Time at Work

As a Security Officer at this site, your duties will include:

  • Patrols of the site, internally and externally
  • Response to security breaches, first aid and fire alarms
  • Access and Egress control
  • Checking passes and ID badges
  • Liaising with the customer
  • Meet and Greet duties
  • Incident report writing

You will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. Good IT knowledge is also key.
