Great opportunity to work as an Onsite Coordinator at our client's fast-paced flower production site in Alconbury. There is a high chance of a temp-to-perm contract for the right candidate! The rate of pay is £12.69 per hour. This is a full-time role - 4 days on 4 days off shift pattern with additional overtime days offered but not expected. Shift pattern might be changed due to business requirements. The hours of work are 05:30am - 06:00pm. Free transport is available from Peterborough.
As an On-Site Coordinator at this site, your duties include (but are not limited to):
- Signing in workers prior to their shift.
- Fulfilling daily bookings in line with client order requirements in a timely manner (booking candidates for work on a daily basis).
- Handling high inbound and outbound call volumes.
- Completing payroll on a daily/weekly basis.
- Dealing with any worker queries (including pay queries) quickly and efficiently.
- Being responsible for administration processes such as change requests and absences.
- Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes.
- Providing a positive customer experience.
Our perfect Onsite Coordinator will have the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset, always putting people first. You will ideally have experience within the recruitment industry, although this is not essential as full training is provided. Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
