Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work at our client\’s busy site based at East Midlands Gateway.

The pay rate is £ per hour. Overtime is available and paid at time and a half after working hours in a week.

Various shifts are available (at the request of the client):

• Monday to Friday (6am-2pm £ p/h)
• Sunday to Thursday (6am-2pm, 2-10pm £ p/h)
• Tuesday to Saturday (6am-2pm, 2-10pm £ p/h)
• Friday to Monday (6am-2pm, 2-10pm £ p/h)

Your Role: Monitor the flow of products, identify stoppages/blockages, and investigate causes to resolve issues.

Other duties include:

• Operating MHE following safety protocols
• Conducting safety checks and reporting incidents
• Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other computer tasks

Ideal Candidate: Able to work independently and in teams, customer-oriented, digitally minded, adaptable, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new skills. Experience in a similar role is required.
