We are seeking a Warehouse Operative/FLT Counterbalance Driver with a valid Counterbalance Licence or experience to join our modern warehouse team in Rugby. The role offers shifts from 6am to 2pm (AM shift) or 2pm to 10pm (PM shift), Monday to Friday, with potential to move to 5 days out of 7 in the future (e.g., Tuesday to Saturday).
The pay rate is:
- AM shift: £ per hour
- PM shift: £13 per hour
Overtime paid at time and a half after hours; double pay for working on Sundays. A £150 bonus is paid monthly to all FLT drivers after passing training.
Your responsibilities include:
- Loading and unloading stock
- Tipping containers
- Picking, wrapping, and labelling products
- Operating MHE (Material Handling Equipment)
- Checking loads for accuracy and reporting discrepancies
- Assisting in warehouse operations as needed
This is a physically demanding role requiring manual handling and heavy lifting. Good communication skills and willingness to be trained on MHE are essential.
