Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client\’s UK leading Safety and Workplace supplier, with service centres across the country.
Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Exeter.
This is a permanent role.
The rate of pay is £27, per annum + bonus!
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, various shifts available between 7am to 7pm
Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative, you will place goods into storage, pick stock, and consolidate orders. You will also assist in the loading of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
– Discharge duties in a safe manner in accordance with relevant legislation and Bunzl EHS policies.
– Use all equipment provided in accordance with safe working practices.
– Ensure the warehouse and yard are kept clean and tidy at all times, that spillages are promptly cleared and waste minimised.
– Receive goods and check into the warehouse accurately.
– Place goods correctly into storage bays. Ensure that stock is stored to allow safe storage, lifting, and lowering
– Assist in loading vehicles, working with the driver to ensure compliance with all legal requirements on vehicle loading
This job is to be performed in a manner that enables the company to provide the best possible service to its customers and maximise environmental, health, and safety performance.
