Our client's distribution site has an exciting temporary to permanent opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative in Stoke. The rate of pay is up to £ per hour. Overtime is available! If you are a successful candidate, there is the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff after 12 weeks. This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, 5 days out of 7, and the hours of work are:
- Days 6am to 1:30pm
- Afternoon 2pm to 9:30pm
Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be working as part of the picking team, responsible for the picking of orders in preparation for delivery to stores in the client's network. You may be expected to work at heights and may be required to use LLOPs in the course of completing your duties.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will be physically fit as it is a demanding role and you will be on your feet for the duration of the shift. You must have good timekeeping skills, as this is expected since the shifts start immediately. Applicants will have a basic level of English, good numeracy, and the ability to work towards targets in multiple different areas. Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
