Requirements:

As the Retail Store Manager, you will have

  • At least 3 year\’s experience in a fast-paced Retail food environment
  • Proven ability to lead a high performing management team
  • Substantial understanding and up to date knowledge of commercial, visual, operational and people processes and systems
  • Ability to use all available data and MI to identify commercial, visual, cost savings and customer opportunities to increase profit
  • Proven ability to plan and review weekly, monthly and quarterly timeframes
  • Ability to constantly deliver under pressure demonstrating high levels of resilience
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to inspire others as well as have difficult conversations
