PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Light or Heavy Goods Vehicle) or equivalent. Completed certified training with an accredited recognised supplier in HGV vehicle safety and roadworthiness inspection techniques in accordance with Operator's Licence requirements. Possession of a current category 'C' driving licence.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in vehicle repair within a commercial workshop. Experience must include the following:
- Preparing vehicles for annual Vehicle Certificate Inspections
- Repair of petrol and diesel engines
- Experience of hydraulic, electric and pneumatic systems
