The Role:
- Undertaking painting duties as required by management in residential and business properties.
- To apply paint, stain, varnish, primers, sealers and fungicidal solution as and when required to timber, metal, plaster and masonry work.
- To carry out any required preparation by stripping, sanding, wire brushing to maintain doors, door frames, windows, timber, metal and masonry.
- To remove and refit fixtures and fittings, ironmongery as required.
- To fill cracks, holes, or joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers, using caulking guns or putty knives.
- Carry out a range of minor multi-skilled tasks and maintenance work outside of trade without reliance on other trades.
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday ****hrs to ****hrs and Friday ****hrs to ****hrs.
Requirements: Recognised CITB Painting.
