Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Telesales Executive on behalf of a market leading IT company. The Telesales Executive role is focused on identifying new business opportunities and booking qualified appointments for the Business Development team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound B2B sales activity
- Lead generation and appointment setting
- Develop a strong understanding of the services
- Cold call existing and new clients
- Accurately manage opportunities and customer details through CRM
- Working towards clear targets and KPIs
- Represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Any other duties the role may involve
Person Specification:
- 1 year experience in outbound telesales, sales or customer service
- Confident communicator, comfortable making outbound calls
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- willingness to learn and take direction from scripts and established processes
Desirable Criteria:
- Knowledge of ITAD, IT services, recycling or technology industry (not required but helpful)
- German speaker would be helpful but not essential
The Rewards:
The successful Telesales Executive will enjoy a competitive salary depending on experience plus a 4 day working week apart from 1 week per month where it is a 5 day working week.
