What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing the administration of Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes
- Acting as a key point of contact for scheme members, trustees, and third parties
- Mentoring and reviewing the work of junior administrators
- Handling complex pension calculations, scheme wind-ups, and GMP reconciliations
- Managing ad-hoc and annual pension projects
- Attending Trustee meetings and providing expert guidance
