About the Role
We are seeking a proactive HR/LD Support Officer to provide administrative and operational support across HR and Learning & Organisational Development. This role ensures accurate record keeping, supports HR processes, and assists managers with recruitment, policies, training, and employee services. The HR/LD Support Officer will help deliver a professional, customer‑focused service while contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR/L&OD teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain HR/L&OD records, databases, and LMS platforms
- Administer leave, probation, training, starters, leavers, and transfers
- Produce reports, correspondence, and statistics
- Support managers with HR/L&OD queries and policies
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and assist with training
- Deliver high‑quality customer service
Qualifications
- 2 'A' Levels (or Level 3 equivalent) + 1 year HR/L&OD experience OR 5 GCSEs (C or above, including English & Maths) + 2 years HR/L&OD experience
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience maintaining records and generating reports
- Experience using HR/L&OD or Payroll systems
