Staffline Recruitment is offering this position on behalf of our client, Cranswick. We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and driven individual to carry out general administration duties, supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support as required.
- Raise purchase orders and maintain records.
- Ensure adequate stationery and supplies are available on site.
- Arrange site travel and manage bookings.
- Use Microsoft Office to create and maintain documents and reports.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards of work quality and attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety practices.
- Support ad hoc projects and additional duties as required.
