Staffline is recruiting for an Admin Assistant to work in Stafford.
The pay rate is:
β Β£ per hour
β Overtime
This is a full-time role working, Monday β Friday, the hours of work are:
β 20 hours between 7am to 6pm
Your Time at Work
As an Admin Assistant you will provide administrative support to the Key Account Manager and the Account Executive, to manage client volumes and stock holding value ensuring swift despatch of returned items, in line with the clients KPIs.
β Management of a personal account base of suppliers with regular written and verbal communications.
β Co-ordinating supplier book In process
β Liaise internally and externally to ensure stock for return to client is managed effectively
β Answer incoming calls from the client and suppliers, dealing with queries and goods in / out bookings
β Provide annual leave cover for basic reporting for the Account Administrators and Account Executive as and when required
