Staffline are hiring! Vacancy - Quality Manager
Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 6am-4pm
Salary up to £41, D.O.E
Our ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Quality Management systems, with knowledge of ISO9001/IATF16949/AS9100, and experience of metal finishing processes.
In your role as Quality Manager:
- Quality management on the shop floor
- Internal auditing
- Maintenance of QMS
- Provide support and guidance in relation to quality management and assurance for site
- Ensuring continuous site quality conformity in relation to the products processes
- Ensure site complies with the requirements of ISO9001/IATF16949/AS9100 Quality management systems, ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems, along with any customer specific requirements specified
- Arranging and Management of external audit activity for customers
- Managing the Quality Department – Maintaining HR files, new starter inductions & including training
- Supervising Quality inspectors
- Arranging and controlling internal & external equipment, calibration
- Maintenance of controlled documentation, including FMEA, Control Plans, SOP's & care points
- Managing APQP activities, including producing PPAP's when required
To be considered for the role of Quality Manager:
- Experience in a similar management role
- Experience of metal finishing processes
- Familiarisation of Core tool: FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA and SPC
- Able to work under pressure and use initiative to get tasks completed
- Ability to communicate well
- Ability to execute internal audit activity
- Current driving Licence holder
- IATF16949/AS9100 Lead Auditor Qualifications
