Working as an internal recruiter, this role is tasked with high volume recruitment. The main base for this role will be in Bristol, although this supports a wider geographical area so there will be a need to drive to and from satellite sites as required.
You will support hiring managers and recruit a wide range of roles as required by the business.

This job is all about relationships; working with both stakeholders and candidates to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience and drive high volume, high quality recruitment.
This is an incredibly diverse role and you’ll be challenged every day. Below is just an example of what you can expect:

Support stakeholders to recruit vacancies.

Be creative and source candidates through a number of methods (Social Media, Job Boards, Referrals)

Proactively contact candidates in both the active and passive market

Advertise vacancies, promote jobs, support social media advertising with stakeholders

You’ll have a background in recruitment – either agency, or in house

You’ll have worked in a role where you are confident on the phone, proactive and able to communicate professionally at any level

You’ll have excellent relationship building skills and be able to push back and challenge people appropriately

Most importantly though, you’ll be tenacious, able to work under your own steam and contribute to fast paced recruitment initiatives.
