Staffline are hiring! Permanent, Full-time job vacancy.
Working hours: Monday-Wednesday 9am to 3.30pm, Thursday-Friday 9am-4.30pm, Saturday 8am-12pm. The bakery is open 6 days per week, Monday-Saturday, and you will be required to work 5 days out of the 6, on a 3 week rota.
Pay rate: £12.40 per hr. This vacancy enjoys the benefit of Staff shop discount.
Our ideal candidate:
- Previous experience working in a bakery shop
- Good customer service skills
- High food safety & hygiene awareness
- Experience with cash reconciliation
- Good communication skills
In your role as a Bakery retail assistant:
- Supporting customer service by greeting, taking orders, helping them select baked goods
- Managing inventory by tracking stock levels, monitoring expiry dates and placing orders with the production team
- Maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and adhering to food safety regulations
- Processing payments
