Store Manager – Central London (Two Vacancies)

We\’re working with a globally recognised lifestyle and design-led retailer to recruit experienced Store Managers for two of their central London locations.

The Role

As Store Manager, you\’ll take full ownership of your store\’s success-leading by example, motivating your team, and ensuring high operational standards across every aspect of the business.

You\’ll be responsible for:

Driving commercial performance through customer experience, strong visual merchandising, and effective product management.

Overseeing daily operations, including staffing, payroll, and store processes to maximise efficiency.

Coaching, developing, and inspiring your management and sales teams to achieve their full potential.

Analysing store performance and implementing initiatives to boost sales and profitability.

Acting as a brand ambassador, embodying the company\’s values and delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for every customer.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you\’ll spend most of your time on the shop floor, leading by example and engaging directly with both customers and your team.
