Salary Days-£30,500 Nights-£34,200 We are looking for experienced Machine Technicians, our ideal candidate will have mechanical/ electrical skills. In your new role as a Machine TechnicianTechnical Operator Operation of bespoke machines. Perform quality control Perform technical cleaning of equipment. Repair/refurb components that are used in the machines. Responsible for the upkeep of tools/toolboxes in ensuring having all the tools at hand all the time. Responsible for the upkeep of the Production workshop in both using and cleaning. Preventative/Reactive maintenance of automated Production lines. Maintain high standards of H&S practices Able to assist our external software support by having good communication skills to resolve issues/concerns with the Production machines. Actively looking to improve on Productivity and share this drive with other shifts. Be able to train others in due course. Key Skills and Experience required Electrical/Mechanical experience advantageous Pneumatic maintenance experience Analytical & Basic Computer Skills Strong IT skills Ability to read diagrams, technical drawings & manuals. Ability to fault find to component level. Ability to understand production planning to ensure production flow. Excellent time management. Able to work under pressure.
