Staffline are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to work at our prestigious client's site based in Lichfield, Fradley Park.
Rates of pay are as follows:
- DAYS 06:00 - 14:00 / 08:00 - 16:00 Shifts
- £14.14 - Basic Rate
- £18.80 - Overtime rate (applies after 37.5 hours)
- £21.21 - Saturday and Sunday
- £14.68 - Basic Rate
- £19.53 - Overtime rate (applies after 37.5 hours)
- £12.23 - Saturday and Sunday
- £15.97 - Basic Rate
- £21.24 - Overtime rate (applies after 37.5 hours)
- £23.96 - Saturday and Sunday

Your Time at Work

- Working to targets
- Working in a warehouse environment
- Picking and packing goods and preparing loads for despatch
Our Perfect Worker
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Have some previous experience in Pick, Loading and MHE operation
- A keen eye for detail to ensure correct goods are always picked
- Display a good attitude and conduct themselves in a professional manner
- Be reliable, have good timekeeping skills and be prepared to be flexible
- Work to an accurate standard ensuring quality is met
- Be structured and able to work on their own initiative or work as part of a team
Interviews will be held immediately. Due to the site location, it would be a distinct advantage if you have your own transport.
