Staffline is recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our client\’s Distribution Centre in Bradford. Location: Bradford Distribution Centre Shift start times 14:00 – 22:00 & 22:00 – 06:00 Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday Pay Rates: Days – Β£12.21 per hour Nights – Β£13.43 per hour Your Time at Work Key Responsibilities: – Allocate vehicle and load details to drivers using a daily planner. – Monitor the accuracy and completion of deliveries. – Administer delivery documentation during drivers\’ debrief. – Handle telephone enquiries from customers, drivers, and internal departments. – Support additional administrative duties as required by the Transport Shift Manager and operations team. Our Perfect Worker Candidate Requirements: – Confident and capable communicator. – Strong administrative skills. – Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel). – Attention to detail with good time management. – Ability to work under pressure. – Team player, motivated, and eager to grow in a dynamic and diverse environment.
