Staffline is recruiting for 4 x HGV Day Class 1 Tug Shunters with immediate starts for our client based at DIRFT, Crick.
PAYE rates (Holiday pay accrued in addition) for the role of HGV 1 driver are as follows:
Days - £20.28 per hour (Guaranteed 11.25 hours paid per shift)
Shifts with some flexibility are available on days starting 06:00 / 08:00 / 10:00 - 12 hour shifts.
Your Time at Work
As an HGV Class 1 Tug Shunter driver, the work will involve tailer moves on a set 4 on 4 off Rota, 11.25 hours paid per shift. This site operates all year round and will provide each driver with a long term ongoing assignment in 2027. In return for your commitment we can offer regular shifts and start times that suit you.
We have other sites locally that work will be available at if for any reasons shifts are not available. Part time HGV drivers are also welcome to apply.
Our Perfect Worker
To be considered for this position, you should ideally have:
- No more than 6 points on your driving license
- Valid Digi card and DCPC
- Minimum 24 months of HGV driving experience
