Staffline is currently recruiting full-time HGV Class 1 drivers for our prestigious client Cemex, Rugby, CV21 2RY. PAYE rates are as follows:
- Monday to Friday - £19.00 per hour
We are delighted to offer continuing work at fixed shifts with a minimum of 50 hours guaranteed per week. You will be covering 25 weeks of holidays and any ad-hoc shifts the site needs to fill. Mon-Fri 0600 starts then till deliveries for the day are completed, then night out ready for the next day.
Your Time at Work: As an HGV 1 Driver, your task is to travel to delivery points, mainly quarries and cement plants, and pump admix from IBCs loaded using pipes from the IBC to a tank. This also requires walking over the IBCs to get to the correct product required throughout areas of the UK. The role includes nights out which are paid for.
We require only drivers of the highest calibre, fully competent in driving CE vehicles to the highest of standards. We have other sites locally where work will be available if, for any reason, shifts are not available.
Our Perfect Worker: As an HGV LGV Class 1 driver, you will ideally have:
- No more than 6 points
- Digi card and DQC
- 3-6 months experience
