Staffline is recruiting for 4 x HGV Day and Night Class 1 Tug Shunters with immediate starts for our client based at DIRFT, Crick.
PAYE rates (Holiday pay accrued in addition) for the role of HGV 1 Shunter driver are as follows:
- Days - £17.71 per hour (Guaranteed 12 hours paid per shift)
- Nights - £19.15 per hour (Guaranteed 12 hours paid per shift)
Shifts are available on days starting 0600 - 1800 and 1800 - 0600.
Your Time at Work: As an HGV Class 1 Tug Shunter driver, the work will involve trailer moves on a set 4 on 4 off rota, 12 hours paid per shift (breaks paid). This site operates all year round and will provide each driver with a long term ongoing assignment. In return for your commitment, we can offer regular shifts and start times that suit you. We have other sites locally where work will be available if for any reason shifts are not available. Part time HGV drivers are also welcome to apply.
Our Perfect Worker: To be considered for this position, you should ideally have:
- No more than 6 points on your driving license
- Valid Digi card and DCPC
- Minimum 6 months of HGV driving experience
