Our client based in Burton-on-Trent is currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 Drivers to join their busy home delivery team. You will be part of a two-man team, delivering a variety of items, from small items like taps to larger deliveries such as kitchens and bathrooms. There is an opportunity for this to become a temp-to-perm position, with the potential for ongoing work and guaranteed weekly hours.
We're looking for experienced drivers with a minimum of 6-12 months' driving experience and no more than 3 points on your driving licence.
Your Time at Work
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers' homes. You'll work as part of a 2-man team, with the assistance of lifting equipment to ensure safe and efficient deliveries. Uniforms and the required equipment will be provided, and you will be expected to maintain a professional, customer-facing appearance.
Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday
Start times: Between 05:30 and 07:00
Finish times: Between 15:00 and 17:00
