We are currently recruiting for our client, a leading Food Distribution client based in Barnsley, committed to delivering high-quality confectionary goods to various locations across the UK. As part of our growth, we are looking for skilled and dedicated HGV Class 1 drivers to join our team working a 4 on 4 off rota.

Shifts: Days available on a 4 on 4 off rota.

Start Times: Between 4 am - 7 am

PAYE Rates:

  • Weekday £16.95 P/H
  • Weeknight £18.81 P/H
  • Saturday Day £18.31 P/H
  • Saturday Night £20.17 P/H
  • Sunday Day £19.49 P/H
  • Sunday Night £21.35 P/H

Your Time at Work Responsibilities:

  • Perform Class 1 Depot Trunking work, delivering food products to different destinations throughout the UK.
  • Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate deliveries and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and complete necessary paperwork.
