Join our team in Spalding as an on-site shunter working afternoon fixed start times at 12pm (midday). This role offers guaranteed shifts, a 4 on 4 off pattern, and excellent pay rates with the potential to go permanent.
Pay Rates (PAYE - incl Holiday) Per Hour:
- Days - £16.81
- Nights - £16.81
- Sat day - £17.37
- Sat night - £19.05
- Sun day - £17.95
- Sun night - £20.53
Your Time at Work:
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern - enjoy a great work/life balance
- Fixed Shift 12:00 - 20:00
- Rota planned 4+ weeks in advance - giving you time to plan ahead
Our Perfect Worker:

- Valid Digi card and Driver Qualification Card (DQC)
- No more than 6 points on your licence (no DD, DR, IN, or TT offences)
