Great opportunity to work as a Team Leader for our clients global third party logistics provider to key names in the industry. Staffline is recruiting for Team Leaders in Northampton. The rate of pay is £13.50 per hour This is a full-time role working rotational shifts, the hours of work are: – 6am to 2.30pm – 2pm to 10.30pm Your Time at Work As a Team Leader, your duties will include: – Receipt of Goods – Previous experience receipting and processing Inbound stock – Quality control – Ability to identify and control the presentation and stacking of stock – System control – Maintain accurate records of the Inbound status via our Inbound system – Health and Safety – Enforce Health and Safety regulations and in house best practice to keep all colleagues safe – Management – Previous experience managing a team of up to 10 people Our Perfect Worker Our perfect Team Leader will have: – Proven experience In a warehouse environment – Strong attention to detail and organisational skills – Proficiency in warehouse management systems – Knowledge of health and safety – Excellent communication and problem solving skills Key Information and Benefits – Earn £13.50 per hour – Shifts 6am-2.30pm/2pm-10.30pm – OnSite support from Staffline – Free car parking on site – Good links to public transport – PPE provided – Opportunities for overtime Job ref: 1GXDV About Staffline Staffline is the UK’s leading provider of flexible, temporary and permanent workforce solutions, enabling over 28,000 people into good work every day.
