Warehouse Operative in Rushden

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client, who is currently focused on expanding its e-commerce logistics capabilities!
Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Rushden.
The rate of pay is:
- Days - First 6 weeks £12.71 per hour, increasing after 6 weeks to £13.43 per hour and overtime £19.07 - £20.15 per hour
- Nights - First 6 weeks £14.50 per hour, increasing after 6 weeks to £15.56 per hour and overtime £21.75 - £26.34 per hour
This is a full-time role working weekly rotational shifts or a fixed night shift, and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm
- 10pm to 6am
Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties include:
- Picking and packing
- Crate loading
- General warehouse duties

Our perfect worker will be reliable and punctual. You will be physically fit due to the nature of the role.
Applicants will be prepared to follow procedures and will be great team players.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
