Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse FLT Driver for our client's well-known main food distribution centre. Staffline is recruiting Warehouse FLT Drivers in Tamworth.
The rate of pay is:
- Days: £12.71 per hour
- Nights: £13.98 per hour
Overtime is available and is paid at:
- Days: £16.90 per hour
- Nights: £18.17 per hour
Reach Uplift:
- Days: 40p
- Nights: 44p
VNA Uplift:
- Days: 80p
- Nights: 88p
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, the hours of work are:
- 3 on 3 off days or nights (06:00-18:00 or 18:00-06:00 for nights)
- Monday-Thursday (18:00-00:00 Monday, 18:00-06:00 Tuesday-Thursday)
- Sunday-Thursday (10:00am-18:00pm days or 18:00-02:00 nights)
- Tuesday-Friday (06:00-12:00 Tuesday, 06:00-18:00 Wed-Fri)
- Wednesday-Friday (06:00-18:00 all three days)
Our site is within walking distance of the town centre and the train station and served by a bus that stops outside the site!
Your Time at Work:
As a Warehouse Operative you will be working in the ambient department and your duties will include:
- Order picking
- Palletisation
- Replenishment of stock
- Shrink wrapping
- General housekeeping
Our Perfect Worker:
Our perfect worker will be physically fit and have the ability to work in a warehouse environment, picking, walking, pallet wrapping, getting on and off MHE's. Applicants will have good attendance, punctuality and timekeeping skills. You will have warehouse, FLT, or similar experience. Ideally, you will hold an FLT licence, but in-house training and experience are accepted.
