A great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of our client's main distribution center for fresh food. The shop floor temperature is constantly maintained between 3-12 degrees. Staffline are recruiting for Warehouse Supervisor in Hinckley.

The hours of work are: Any 5 days out of 7 - 2pm to 10pm.

The rate of pay is: £16.02 - £21.30 per hour. Overtime is paid at £21.84 per hour.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the efficient operation of the fresh foods section. This involves managing and coaching colleagues, maintaining high standards of efficiency, cleanliness and safety in line with food safety regulations.

Key duties will include:

  • Having knowledge in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Team Leadership: Supervising and motivating staff, scheduling shifts, providing training, and ensuring the team meets performance targets and customer service standards.
  • Customer Service: Assisting clients with all inquiries.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensuring all colleagues meet all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
