Join our client's prestigious automotive site as an Auction Coordinator, where you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge within a dynamic team. Purpose of the role & Key Accountabilities:
- Providing support to internal departments and external suppliers for the disposal and sale through the National Remarketing Programme of BMW vehicles that have been returned.
- Supporting all channels, namely: Young Used Car, Financial Services, and Alphabet.
- Holding a critical part in the sales process, by ensuring vehicles are made available for sale and responding to queries raised, in a timely manner.
- The role holder is responsible for billing and cross-charging, and associated reports required to manage the administrative functions associated with selling cars.
- Being the daily point of contact for support of the Remarketing Programme through de-fleet/stock management/ and online sales. Responsibility for the resolution of queries relating to any vehicle sale in the Remarketing Programme.
