Staffline are hiring! We are keen to speak with experienced CNC machinists, Turners, Milling and Grinding. This is a new permanent job vacancy.
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to interpret engineering drawings and have a great understanding of machining within an engineering environment.
The main purpose of your role:
- Setting and operating CNC machines.
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Setting/operating CNC grinding, Milling or Turning machines and carrying out manual processes.
- Multi manning machines.
- Ensure parts conform to drawing and are processed in the allotted time.
- Ensure documentation is accurate.
- Support the area in carrying out alternative tasks as required.
- Achieving area targets as identified by production management.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- CNC Grinding, Milling or Turning experience.
- Dependable, responsible contributor who is committed to excellence and success.
- Team worker.
- Good communicator.
- Prepared to follow procedures.
- Eye for detail, quality driven.
- Target driven.
- Able to work all shifts.
Working hours: earlies and lates and days, rotating. Working days: Monday-Friday.
