Stafflex are actively recruiting on behalf of our client, a long-standing and reputable name within the food supply chain, supporting a diverse range of customers for over 30 years. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced FLT Driver to their busy operation.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Operate Flexi/Bendi/Pivot FLT - 75% of the role.
- Warehouse operations - 25% of the role.
- Receive goods at the loading/receiving area.
- Store received goods in the appropriate locations within the warehouse.
- Check loads for damaged or missing items upon receipt.
- Move and rearrange stock, either by hand or with appropriate lifting equipment.
- Load goods onto trucks for shipping.
- Manual handling duties.
- Complete necessary paperwork for shipments and orders.
Essential skills needed for the role:
- Flexi / Bendi / Pivot FLT license (valid and in-date, RTITB / ITSSAR)
- Good IT Skills (Excel, Outlook and Word) for data entry and inventory.
The successful candidate will need to hold a Flexi/Bendi/Pivot FLT licenses. Manual Handling experience is advantageous.
