Stafflex Education is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our supply team as Exam Invigilators for ad-hoc exam cover in secondary schools across Huddersfield and Kirklees, from April to July 2025.
Qualifications:
- Teaching Assistant / Support Worker / Invigilator qualification or equivalent preferred.
- Recent experience invigilating secondary school examinations.
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
- Good numeracy and literacy abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up exam venues according to strict procedures.
- Ensure exam rules and regulations are followed, remaining vigilant throughout the exam.
- Assist students before, during, and after exams, addressing queries and ensuring compliance with examination protocols.
- Supervise students to maintain a calm and quiet exam environment.
- Escort students during comfort breaks and ensure no communication inside the exam venue.
- Distribute and collect exam papers according to examination procedures.
