Job Type: 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday (1 Hour Lunch) - 37.5 Hours per Week

We are seeking an ambitious Junior Graphic Designer who is looking to kick-start their design career, gain hands-on experience, and learn from highly experienced professionals in a collaborative environment. You'll be working in a busy, fast-paced artwork department, contributing to real client projects across a wide range of products. This role will give you opportunities to develop your creative skills and input ideas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and adapt artwork for branded products and garments across multiple formats
  • Produce visuals, mock ups and proofs to support client presentations and internal teams
  • Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork for production
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to refine designs
  • Support wider design projects such as campaigns, catalogues, and branding
  • Contribute creative ideas to support new business opportunities
Key Requirements
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Essential)
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly for print and artwork setup
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence and communication skills
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and willing nature to get involved where needed
  • Experience with Adobe Indesign (Desirable)
  • Exposure to AI tools, 3D design, photography, or video editing (Desirable)
