Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience as a Cover Supervisor, Higher Level Teaching Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong, calm, consistent behaviour management
  • Adaptable and confident with different lesson plans
  • Enhanced DBS (Update Service) or willingness to apply
  • Available for immediate cover
