As a growing business, our client requires a team player who can contribute to their growing team to support their artwork team. We are seeking an ambitious Junior Graphic Designer who is looking to kick-start their design career, gain hands-on experience, and learn from highly experienced professionals in a collaborative environment. Youll be working in a busy, fast-paced artwork department, contributing to real client projects across a wide range of products. This role will give you opportunities to develop your creative skills and input ideas. Key Responsibilities * Create and adapt artwork for branded products and garments across multiple formats * Produce visuals, mock ups and proofs to support client presentations and internal teams * Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork for production * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to refine designs * Support wider design projects such as campaigns, catalogues, and branding * Contribute creative ideas to support new business opportunities Key Requirements * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Essential) * Strong attention to detail, particularly for print and artwork setup * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Confidence and communication skills * Proactive, enthusiastic and willing nature to get involved where needed * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Experience with Adobe Indesign (Desirable) * Exposure to AI tools, 3D design, photography, or video editing (Desirable) This is a great role that can offer you the opportunity to be mentored from a knowledgeable team with extensive industry.
