Hours: Full Time 37.5 Hours per Week, Monday - Thursday 8:15am - 4:45pm (45 Minute Lunch), Friday 8:15am - 3:45pm (1 hour lunch). Part Time applications are also welcomed.

Stafflex are recruiting for a Trade Counter & Stores Advisor to join an established and growing business in Huddersfield. This is a varied position combining trade counter/customer service, with goods in/out and general stores duties, with the opportunity to develop additional technical product knowledge through training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving customers on the trade counter and providing excellent customer service
- Building positive relationships with new and existing customers
- Receiving incoming goods and ensuring products are handled correctly
- Picking, preparing and despatching customer orders
- Preparing products and equipment for customer collection or delivery
- Supporting the organisation and day-to-day running of the stores
- Reviewing products and pricing to identify sales opportunities
- Carrying out basic technical tasks and product preparation (following training)
- Supporting equipment demonstrations as your product knowledge develops
- Making occasional local deliveries
- Opening and closing the premises when required
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping
- Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
