About the Role:
As a Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting both landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth communication and efficient property management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling deposit disputes via the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme) - experience in this process is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Communicating with landlords and tenants via email and phone to resolve any issues.
- Processing invoices and updating the system accordingly ensuring accuracy.
- Managing day-to-day enquiries, booking property viewings, and supporting the inspection process.
- Coordinating tenant appointments, diary management, uploading inspection reports, and liaising with landlords.
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in lettings or property repairs management.
- Outgoing personality with outstanding customer service skills.
- Strong and assertive communication style.
- Great work ethic, punctual and reliable.
- Focused on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest professional standards.
