Are you an organised administrator who enjoys providing excellent customer service and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Stafflex are currently recruiting on behalf of a local, friendly and supportive business for a Customer Service & Logistics Administrator. This is a varied role where no two days are the same; combining customer service, administration and logistics coordination in one package, to ensure customers receive a first-class experience from order through to delivery. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with customers, and taking ownership of your workload, then we’d love to hear from you.
Key Duties:
- Your role will primarily focus on customer service, while also supporting logistics and wider business operations.
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on orders, deliveries and lead times.
- Resolving customer queries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Supporting the coordination of deliveries with suppliers, warehouses and transport providers.
- Preparing delivery documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with returns, credit notes and replacement orders.
- Supporting the wider teams with a variety of administrative tasks.
- Helping identify improvements to customer service and internal processes.
Key Requirements:
- We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working with both customers and colleagues.
- Previous experience in customer service / logistics / operations.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly approach.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- High attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- A proactive approach to work with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team-player.
