Facilities Administrator Location: Huddersfield Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (1 Hour Lunch) Pay Rate: £25k – £27k P/A Start Date: ASAP Contract: Permanent Are you looking for a varied role where you can support office operations while gaining hands-on facilities experience? Our client, a well-established professional services firm, is looking for a Facilities Administrator to assist in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organised workspace. This is a great opportunity for someone with some office or facilities experience who is eager to grow, take initiative, and get involved in different areas of the business. Key Responsibilities: Supporting general office tasks such as mail handling, ordering supplies, and archiving documents. Assisting with office maintenance, ensuring a safe and functional workspace. Helping with health & safety compliance, inspections, and audits. Providing cover on reception as needed. Assisting with space planning, office moves, and sustainability initiatives.Key Requirements: Some experience in office coordination, administration, or facilities support. A hands-on, proactive approach with a strong "can-do" attitude. Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks. Great communication and teamwork skills.
