Stafflex are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a well established manufacturer known for producing high-quality, bespoke products for clients across the UK and overseas. You will be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, processing orders and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a great opportunity to join a business with a supportive team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls and customer enquiries
- Processing orders accurately on the internal systems
- Updating customer information and inputting data
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure availability of materials for orders
- Providing excellent service and building strong customer relationships
- Book and monitor courier shipment for the shipping manager if required
- Update customers on progress of order fulfilment
Key Requirements
- Previous Sales Admin experience is preferred
- High numeracy and literacy levels
- Ability to work well as part of a small team and on own initiative
- The ability to prioritise your own workload
